Style State has been in the wholesale fashion business for 28 years and our Collingwood store at 118 Langridge street has been the home for all our clothes. Collingwood is the heart of fashion with all the big wholesalers being situated in the same few blocks. This week we wanted to give you a little tour of our store so if you are coming out to see us you know where to park, grab a coffee or lunch and what to expect.
Our showroom is updated weekly with new stock.
The best place to park is in the carpark on the corner of Rokeby st and Langridge st opposite 'shop for shops'. There is always plenty of space to park here and it’s less than a 30 second walk to our store.
The best coffee roasters in Australia is just around the corner from us. Allpress is the perfect place to grab a fresh coffee, the wonderful smell of coffee roasting will hit you as soon as you get near! Allpress is open 7am - 3pm Monday to Friday.
Cromwell Streat is the best place to grab some yummy food or a coffee, this 1860's manor is hard to miss with an artisan bakery, roasters lots of seating its open 7.30am – 4pm Monday to Tuesday.
Our favourite place for a grab and go for lunch or a snack are Eddy's cafe being less than a minute walk away. They play lively music and dish up a different selection of salads and wraps daily, its our favorite lunch spot and is open 7am - 3pm Monday to Friday.
Last but by no means least Gipps Street Canteen is the local secret of Collingwood, this small corner cafe is packed every lunch time and for a good reason. The burgers are popular and very affordable but they do sell out so go early, they are open 7am - 4pm everyday.
Lisa, the managing director of Style State, is in the office everyday and is always available. Lisa has an eye for detail and quality is her main focus when it comes to the clothing that is let through our doors. So come in, look around our showroom and say hi!
